At Barakat Alkhair, we are Iraqi Limited Liability Company we have Registered in the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce with membership number (5369) in 2004, registered with the Iraqi Companies Registrar in the Ministry of Trade No. (2086) in 2006. and Registered in the Federation of Iraqi Carriers with membership number (658) in 2006. then we have Registered in the Iraqi Contractors Union with membership number (25446) in 2008, since then we considered as one of the biggest companies in the field of commercial and oil transport, as the company had more than (1000) specialized and non-specialized tankers. In our field we are characterized by our capabilities and administrative efficiency to implement any kind of contracts, with our professionality of contracting and equipment management.

The company relies on a specialized cadre to implement the occupational safety
program at work; the safety requirements at work sites are general requirements
for safety at work sites, we are always ensuring that our drivers and employees are licensed and qualified to carry out the required work, and we also compel them to take all necessary preventive measures to protect workers and others.
Investment
The company is an investor for the numbered plot of land numbered (4366/3/3) in the
governorate of Baghdad – Port Said Street – with an area of (8.150) square meters, a multi-story car garage – BARAKAT AL KHAIR garage, at an investment cost of (8,137,000,000) eight billion, one hundred thirty-seven million dinars. = ($7,015,000) Dollars.
